Shalom to You, dear friend!
The story of becoming a believer
You don't have to wait until adulthood or old age to call Jesus your savior. Don't wait, then you may have already lost your search time.
I was 6 years old when I felt strongly that I had to make a personal decision towards Jesus, because the faith of my mother and father and grandmother does not save. And so, at a spiritual event, I asked a preacher to pray for me. I wanted to give my life to Jesus and follow him.
~~
I still remember well, even though it has been decades, how we walked to the front of the hall and knelt. This preacher blessed me on the way to heaven and I consciously took Christ into my heart. I did not see shooting stars or hear fanfares … I only knew that now I belonged to Jesus and I received peace within. This was the beginning of my life of faith.
~~
Over the years, I have had to make a decision many times whether I still wanted to follow Jesus. My path has been stumbling at times and always Jesus Christ has lifted me up and given me the strength to walk in connection with Him. I would not trade this part of me for anything.
~~
The peace that the Lord gave me has remained with me these years. I have a dear Jesus who has time for me 24/7. I love Him more and more every day and to you, my friend, I say: “give your life to this Jesus Christ who loves you and forgives your sins”. You will receive a life full of miracles, inner peace and healing.
~~
Even if your life of faith is not always rosy, and you find your faith being tested, you will know that you have life in connection with Jesus Christ in this time and one day eternal life with Him in heaven.
May Jesus bless you!
